Communicate and Collaborate
Everyone sees the same information, all the time. No more handing off files or losing recruits in a paper shuffle! The system is accessible through a laptop, tablet or smartphone all the time regardless of where you are.
Email messages to recruits are wrapped in custom-designed templates and are automatically logged on each recruit's record. We'll work with you to get a design template that works for your program.
Extremely Customizable
Coaches can define their own fields (we call them tags) to store information that's specific to their sport and their process anytime they wish. These custom fields are then visible to everybody but associated with that sport for
Tags can store text, a date, a time, a duration, a distance...practically anything you'd need. We'll work with you to create your initial set of fields - you'll be off and running in no time.

A separate smartphone-optimized version runs on iPhone, Droid and Blackberry (OS6) phones. This edition is designed for fast information retrieval no matter where you are.

Reporting
The reporting engine is driven by coach-created lists. These lists can filter recruits by any field (either system or custom!) and support both AND and OR capability, allowing you to target specifically the recruits you need to work with.
Once you've created a list, you can email the list in just a couple of clicks or log a contact (such as an encounter at a track meet) en masse. It's quite simple!
Or, if there's something more involved you need to do, export the data to Excel for further manipulation using custom-defined templates that you can share with your fellow coaches.

Overall Recruit Rating
0-10. Simple!
Sport Rating
0-100, but many of our clients use 1-10 here. This is to indicate the unofficial "internal" ranking of the recruit. Any coach or assistant coach for your sport can change this any time.
Coach Rating
This is the one you'll enter every time you evaluate the recruit. We track this over time across coaches on a per-sport basis. The idea is to ensure your evaluations are accurate and solid.

Integration
Depending on your needs, we can run RecruitCycle completely standalone or as an integrated solution with your campus data services. Need to be tied in to your campus authentication system for user provisioning? We can do that! Need to exchange data with your student information system so you can see up-to-date admissions information? We can do that too.
Prior implementations have involved integration with CAS, LDAP, Microsoft ActiveDirectory and Sungard's Banner system.
Hosting
We'll host your instance of RecruitCycle in the Amazon computing cloud, reliably protected against outages and with world-class uptime.
We'll monitor your system and notify you of any scheduled (or unscheduled) downtime, managing the environment as if it were in our own data center.
